PTI Tech is ISO9001:2015 designated and received AS9100D certification following an audit by SAI Global, an independent, certified third-party registrar. PTI Tech has held ISO9001 and AS9100 certifications since June 2007 and is registered in the OASIS database. PTI Tech’s facilities have capabilities of precise measurement of parts using instrumentation that is certified as traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), environmental testing (-80 to +200 degrees C), and electronically monitored/recorded mechanical testing.
The testing and measuring equipment in the quality control laboratory includes two Coordinate Measuring Machine’s (CMM), Optical Comparator, a digital Comparator, KEYENCE Vision System, Instron, MTS Material Testing System, Izod Impact, Rockwell Hardness, and Optical Metallography.
